Only call when you're going to praise your dog - don't call your dog and then tell them off, as it means they will be less likely to come back next time you call. The critical time for a dog's learning is before the age of 4.5 months. After that, these "challenging" behaviors become harder to eliminate. Proofing is the last step in training your dog to do any new behavior. Learn how to proof behaviors so your dog will be as obedient at the park or a friend's house is he is in your own living room. You must live within Tucker Pup's travel zone in order for their trainer to come to your home. If you do not live in their travel zone, you can set up private lessons at The Anti-Cruelty Society's Training Center or outdoors in the neighborhood.
